My facilitation style blends systems thinking, storytelling, and human-centered design to create spaces where people feel engaged, challenged, and supported.
Beyond facilitation, I design the learning experiences themselves—developing program structures, learning journeys, and content frameworks that make each engagement purposeful, impactful, and tailored to audience needs.

Universal Design & Empathy – Lead Creative and Facilitator
National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS), Jan–Mar 2025 | UAE
Led the design and delivery of the Universal Design for Inclusion program, part of the NMSS Youth Awareness initiative under the MS Educate portfolio. Developed the program structure, content, and facilitation for the program and design competition aimed at raising awareness of Multiple Sclerosis and fostering inclusive innovation among university students.
This initiative engaged 6 leading UAE universities, 11 campuses, and over 500 students.
As program Lead Creative and Facilitator, I designed and delivered more than 15 immersive workshops engaging with 45+ faculty members, experts, and inclusive innovators in the UAE. Through immersive and interactive design workshops both in person and online exploring topics such as Empathy, Assistive Technology and Universal Design. I guided students to explore solutions for Cognitive, Mobility, and Communication challenges faced by people of determination, applying universal design principles to create culturally relevant and accessible innovations.

Design Thinking for Business – Lead Facilitator

Delivered a 2-day corporate workshop introducing business professionals to the fundamentals of design thinking. Sessions focused on creative problem-solving, customer-centered insight development, and business innovation tools.
Terra Carta Design Lab – Mentor & Facilitator

Mentored student teams participating in the Terra Carta Design Lab, providing guidance on design strategy, storytelling, and execution. Co-led sessions focused on refining project ideas into high-impact sustainability proposals.
COP28 Energy Transition Hub – Lead Facilitator
